Epicanthoplasty Lateral Canthoplasty Eye Corner Surgery

Epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty, commonly called “eye corner surgeries,” are procedures designed to enlarge and brighten the eyes by adjusting the inner and outer corners. Epicanthoplasty corrects Mongolian folds for a softer, more open look, while lateral canthoplasty extends the outer eye for a larger, more elongated shape. Together, these surgeries enhance eye proportion, balance, and definition.
