Constricted ear, also known as cup ear, is a congenital ear deformity where the ear rim and cartilage are underdeveloped, folded, or tightened, resulting in a smaller and sometimes misshapen ear. Constricted ear correction surgery restores the natural shape, size, and contour of the ear by expanding cartilage and reconstructing the outer framework.
