Cohesive Silicone Gel
Cohesive silicone gel is a type of silicone used in breast implants that is thicker and more like a gummy bear in consistency. This "gummy bear" property helps the implant maintain its shape and reduces the risk of the silicone gel leaking if the implant shell is ruptured. It's designed to feel more natural and hold together better than older, runnier silicone gels.
