An Endourology Fellow is a doctor who has finished their regular training in urology (kidney, bladder, and urinary tract issues) and is now doing extra, specialized training. They focus on using minimally invasive techniques, like tiny cameras and instruments, to treat problems inside the urinary system, often avoiding large incisions.
