Bone Graft Sinus Lift For Implants

When you need a dental implant but don't have enough jawbone, a **bone graft** adds new bone material to build up the area. If this area is in the upper jaw near the sinuses, a **sinus lift** is performed first to gently move the sinus membrane upwards, creating space for the bone graft. This prepares your jaw to securely hold the dental implant.
